Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. 182pp. plus 9 pp. of adverts. 850g. Not dated c. 1936. The story of this famous resort from the beginnings of its popularity as a winter sports centre in the 1890,s. Fully illustrated with contemporary b/w photographs. This edition is in three languages English ,French and German. Original blue cloth boards with lettering and design in black, faded to spine and edges and with spine a little marked and rubbed. Internally their is a large written dedication dated 1937 on front endpaper. o/w V.G. No d/w.
