Condition: Good. Hardback. 4 large folding maps housed in a red folder. The maps are mostly in good to very good condition (some minor creasing), but the NW quadrant is in good condition only (light wear to the folds). The folder is in good plus condition (a little rubbed and dusty). Undated, but can be dated to circa 1935 as editions from 1937 onwards were dated.
Portfolio. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Red folder with some shelf wear, a few small stains, small tear at lower spine with four maps of London for the North Western Section, South Western Section, North Eastern Section and South Eastern Section. Each map is 38 x 31" (96cm X 80cm) and all are in excellent condition, showing little to no wear. Street maps are printed in half mile squares with postal districts outlined in orange. No date. Printed boards as issued 27x23 cms. containing two map pockets, each with two multifold maps. The coloured maps are based on Ordance Survey surveys. There is loss to the paper spine, particularly at the ends and a neatly repaired tear to the pull of both pockets. One map has two short edge tears repaired. Overall in very good condition.

A scarce set of four colour folding maps issued by the Kelly's Directory. Stationery Office.Kelly's Directory was a trade directory listing businesses, tradespeople, and a general directory of postal addresses in the United Kingdom, similar to today's Yellow Pages.An excellent example of the work. In the publisher's red boards. Externally, very smart, with light marking and a little darkening to boards. Slight rubbing and wear to the spine. Internally, excellent. The map photographed is the south-western section & measures 96cm X 80cm The maps have a few small fold tears as shown but are generally in good, clean condition (SW map has marking on the reverse of one folded section). The hard cover folder is in good condition except for the spine, which is worn/partially torn as shown.
