Hardcover. Limited Edition #275/800. Quartos, Two Volumes. In Very Good minus condition. Housed in publisher's brown cloth slip case, mildly worn and bearing gilt decoration to one side. Bound in publisher's decorated leather with paneling and gilt lettering to spines. Mild general wear, primarily to head and tail of spine, corners of boards, and fore edges of boards on Volume II. Edges of textblock gilt with mild scratching primarily on the fore edge of Volume II. With marbled endpapers and silk ribbon bookmarks. Features fold out maps in the rear of each volume. Shelved above Easton Press. The textblock is "a facsimile re-creation of the edition first published in 1962 by The Limited Editions Club, New York." 1382840. Shelved Dupont Bookstore.
