If published in this form it would cost 1.50 from a bookseller. As one of 52 issues included in the year's subscription for the periodical it costs the reader from FOUR TO FIVE CENTS." Includes stories by May Edginton, Hugh Kennedy, Octavus Roy Cohen and others, an article on the League of Nations ("Spineless Leagues and Faceless Nations") and more.
