Dating by the ML guide, this is from Fall, 1965. The list of ML Giant titles at the rear includes Parodies, but does not include Cooper, Leatherstocking Saga. Dust jacket rear panel style is l2; binding style 11 Edited, with a general introduction and introductions to the particular works by Richard McKeon. BINDING/CONDITION: burgundy cloth with the torchbearer logo inscribed within a pentagon blind stamped on the front cover; gilt spine text; bookplate and letter 'H' in red circle stamped in ink on the front endpaper (I believe this to be a form of remainder mark); a Good book, with a Good dust jacket; the jacket is price clipped. Rockwell Kent endpapers. 12mo (7.25 inches tall). 667 pages + ads.
