The drawings were printed from lithographic stones at the Frans Masereel Center in Belgium (Thorsten Dennerline), at Corridor Press in Otego, New York (Tim Sheesley), and one image was printed at Bennington College, Vermont (Thorsten Dennerline). Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress in Hadley, Massachusetts printed the letters on Arches Velin papers. Mark Tomlinson bound the edition.
