Appears to be a series of lessons (possibly for a correspondence course) on all aspects of mining - geology, science & mathematics, technology & equipment - both as printed pages and duplicated typescript, including answers to exercises. Undated, but would seem to be c.1897-1900. Pebbled cloth on spine & board corners. Some foxing, but pages generally clean; binding tight. Unpaginated - 2" thick.
