It is 5 5/8" by 7 3/4" and has 361 yellowing pages with a Table of Contents in the front of the book and a Bibliography and an Index at the back. There are a few black-and-white illustrations scattered throughout. Within you'll find older, but probably just as viable, ideas on teaching reading . . . particularly to those in a remedial reading class. It appears to have been intended as a text for teachers, but could well be used by anyone desiring to be a better reader. Thank you.
