Es gibt eine Menge Bücher die im Titel etwas von mexikanischer Küche versprechen und wo die Autoren glauben, wenn die Gericht Mais, Chili und Paprika enthalten, daß sie dann Mexikanisch seien. Das Buch hier aber hat nicht nur schöne Fotos sondern zeigt wirklich authentische Gerichte und bis auf frische Nopales" bekommt man fast alle Zutaten hier in Europa, wenn nicht im Supermarkt dann über spez. mexikanische Lebensmittelimporteure. Das Buch ist auch wegen seiner Hintergrundsinformation überaus empfehlenswert. In deutscher Sprache. 224 pages. 25,6 x 19,4 x 1,8 cm.
