HC. Condition: g/nf. 1st ed. A tight, clean and unmarked example. Dust jacket is scuffed, rubbed with tears and wear to the edges. A sticker mark to the front upper corner, not however, price clipped. The volume itself is quite a decent copy. An account of the trial of The People of the State ofCalifornia vs. Lawrence Ferlinghetti proprietor of City Lights Book Shop of San Francisco, Ca., for the sale of Howl and Other Poems by Alan Ginsberg. And the attempt to determine whether the book is obscene. 144pp.
