First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Undated but 1st ed. Sm 8vo. 114pp + adverts.Isobel Handbook No. 2. Price One shilling. Useful hints for both the household & the inhabitants. Some are probably still relevant to this day, others not so. Some of the adverts are fascinating - you could treat yourself to a "Frank" Rippingille's patent stove for the princely sum of £ 2 12s 6d. The binding is a little strained & there is a little tanning & foxing. The boards are sl. rubbed & grubby but overall a decent copy for its age. Scarce.
