Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Allen & Unwin 1976 first printing of the deluxe version. This slipcase is one of the early ones and paper covered, not the vinyl later used. Extremely rare, thus the price. I do have a cheaper copy with normal slipcase material. I do not know when they made the change to the material, but I have seen less than 10 of these in 22 years of business. Book is fine, unread, cover and spine gilt is fine. Slipcase has some wear and tear, but solid. Label is quite clean.

Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fine. 1st Edition. Allen & Unwin 1976 first printing of the deluxe version. Book has been read a couple of times, binding tight, rubbing/scuffing to the cover and edges in places but these can't be seen easily without bright light, cover gilt is fine, spine gilt slightly faded in places to the lower half. Slipcase has a clean unfaded label with red title evident.
