Soft cover. Condition: Fair. No publisher information but looks like around 1920s booklet covering all matters to do with painting for the handyman/diy person. Very charming in its old fashionedness. Red paper covers are faded and a little fragile but held together well enough. Pages are rather toned due to the paper stock used. No inscriptions. The bottom corner is a little dog eared. Charming copy.
