Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. A set of 2 volumes. This is subscriber's edition number 1367 of 1500 made and has been signed by Moore in Volume 1. The boards of both books are shelf rubbed, edge worn and marked, but remain strong and sturdy. Internally, there are ex-libris plates under the front boards and light, age related marking/tanning throughout, but there are no other markings or inscriptions and the pages throughout the set are neat and complete. Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Two Volumes - Half white parchment on spine over blue/green paper covered boards. Both volumes tight, square and sharp-cornered. Blue Endpapers. Both have black leather title labels with bright gilt lettering. Volume 1 is moderately tattered, Volume 2 label is Near Fine. Books overall are Very Good but do have some mild soiling/sunning to the cream colored area, particularly on the spine. This was, as stated, "Privately Printed for Subscribers only by Boni and Liveright. First American edition, number 225 of 1250 copies. Errata slip states that there is a Supplementary pages (8 pp.) at p. 19 of Volume 2 inserted. This appeared only in the American Edition. No Dust jackets. Really nice set.

Set bound in a full crushed Morocco black leather with all edges gilt. Five raised bands with title, volume number and author in gilt between compartments. Limited to 1500 copies of which this is number 1313 signed by author. Some light edgewear else book set in very good+ condition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by Author.
