Small hardcover booklet in its original box. (5.25 x 6.25 inches). There are 6 double-fold pages with an illustration on one side, and a little poem on the other, with decorative endpapers. The front cover has a color illustration and a small metal plate with the title embossed on it. The book has two little pink spots on the front cover, otherwise clean tight and bright. No bumps, tears or creases, no markings. The bottom half of the box is a little rubbed, but sound. The top half is split at the corners, soiled and rubbed. Inside is written a gift note dated 1915.
