Handwritten heading 30 [or 31] Argyle St, New Road, April 19/50 [or 56]. To H. [Henry] Mogford. In its entirety "I am glad to see the announcement of a picture gallery at Sydenham under your direction. Do you admit Water Colour! If so I shall be glad to contribute.".
