Laid in is a price list which, in the intro., states that Bevins could have shipped this collection to Europe to make more money but he wanted to keep it in America. This wasn't an auction but a sale and the prices were for what each arm would be sold . I f prices weren't realized the remnant would be shipped to Europe. Covers creased at the edges.

Bivins, Jr. inspirational collection of varitype firearms and accessories. Inscribed, signed and dated on the ffep by F. Theodore Dexter the cataloger. Inscribed to H. McCallum which is Harold McCallum who at one time had the world's largest rifle collection, most of them lever action Winchesters. He used to set up a display of his collection at gun shows that was 120 feet long and was used by promoters as a show draw. Laid in is a 1997 newspaper article discussing the man and his collection.
