      Condition: Very Good. Detailed mid-nineteenth century map of the Crimea region, made around the end of the Crimean War. Included is an inset view of the Strait of Kerch and the fortress town of Sevastopol. The map depicts elevation features, rivers, major transportation routes and cities. Carl Christian Franz Radefeld (1788 - 1874) was a prominent German cartographer who worked in Augsburg during the 19th century. In the 1840's he began to collaborate with the publisher J.
