First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Pretty clean and tight, and in a gorgeous protected jacket. Okay it is a slightly chipped jacket but it has no serious losses. The book was printed on pulp paper so there is a brittle foxed quality to it but this is the best copy I've ever seen, especially with the superb artwork on the cover; this is greatly enhaced because it's got a fresh first print quality. A lone investigator hunts for his partner's killer, and in the best Chase style of prose this grips you and keeps you reading. Good straightforward sleuthing, in the Chandler vein.
