Green cloth-covered boards with black lettering front and spine. 8vo. Cloth slightly bruised at spine tips, very slightly rubbed on extreme corners. Faint shadowing on text block edges. Old pricing (7/6) written in red Biro on the front free endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original illustrated dust wrapper, not price clipped, slightly shelf worn, rubbed at around edges and lightly bumped on the upper edge, a little sunned over the spine. Dust wrapper now protected in an archival-quality Mylar sleeve, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. A lovely, bright copy of this vintage children's classic, which presents well.
