Hardcover. Condition: Fair. First Edition. Hardback. No Dust Jacket. 8vo. pp 256. Original publisher's brick red cloth, lettered gilt at the spine. Somewhat used copy: neat name on front endpaper, with some rubbing to cloth, torn and chipped at spine, old label at the rear - otherwise sound with complete text; good only. Complete but rather poor copy of a rare book.
