There is very light soiling to a few places on the book's exterior.… At the top right corner of the book's spine, there is splitting with a 2" tear along the seam between front cover and spine. The upper left corner of the back cover is lightly creased and there are a couple of light creases on the right side of the front cover. There is also moderate wear to edges of covers and spine.
