38pp incl illustrations, two large folding maps in stapled rear pocket, plus covering letters and order form for further copies loosely inserted. 25x29, stapled wraps. Wraps a bit rubbed, couple of the staples rusting, good thus. Includes discussion of scenic issues, tourism etc. Covering letters go further in explained the philosophy behind the plan, in particular reassuring sceptical locals that 'planning' doesn't always mean 'interference by a remote government department in the affairs of the man in the street'.
