Paper. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Vintage child's storybook, circa 1900, this is No. 0435 of the Everwear Series of the Charles E. Graham & Co. publishing company. A "Kanvas" book, it is printed on heavyweight, fabric-like paper. Staples spine. Froggy goes to find a girlfriend, and ends up being a duck's dinner - yikes! Brown illustrations throughout, with several full-page color illustrations - really lovely. Condition notes: unnumbered pp; PB. Pages: a bit foxed, bright, tight; some foxing at lower edges, a few crinkles at corners. Cover: gold wraps w/ checkerboard edges, Froggy and brown/red titles front; modest edge/shelfwear w/extrems moderately. Adorable. Scarce.
