Hardcover. Condition: Good++. Rountree, Harry (illustrator). 1st Edition. 324pp, [2], 20pp advertising, bound in illustrated blue cloth, top edges blue, binding and hinges tight. Inscribed & Signed by the Author on the front free endpaper. Includes the bookplate of W. D. Vincent. William D. Vincent (1866-1935) was a collector of books and bookplates, an amateur historian, with focus on the Pacific NW. From Spokane, Washington, he was President of the Old National Bank of Spokane 1920-1933. Interior foxing, spine darkened. Complete with 31 plates, as called for. BOOK INSCRIBED & SIGNED BY AUT.
