Dust wrapper protected in archival mylar cover. ; viii, 164 pages. 111 illustrations. Dimensions: 9 1/4" by 6 1/8". Pasted to the front flap of the dust wrapper is a group portrait photograph in poor condition, with adhesive tape stains around margins, 2" and 3" corners missing, and some heavy wrinkles. Photograph dimensions: c. 8" by 5 3/4". The reverse of the photograph is titled: "Dad as Sport's Officer (.) 20 Squadron Peshawar, N.W.F.P. India, 1926 [.] C.O. Stevenson 3rd from Lt.
