Light wear at the edges, one copy with staple holes at the foredge and another lightly creases from being folded, still overall near fine. Group of five issues of prison periodicals issued by the Delaware Division of Adult Corrections from the early 1970s. The magazine was published by and for inmates as an opportunity for self-expression, discussion of public problems, and to foster understanding between inmates and the public. While each issue is largely filled with content solicited from and provided by prisoners, it appears to also contains some outside contributions from "interested individuals." The rear wrap of each issue includes blank lines for an address and a printed return address for mailing. Topics discussed in these issue include mandatory minimum sentences, vocation education, addiction, parole, sickle cell anemia, recreational sports, prison escape, and photos of an inmate variety show. *OCLC* locates one run at The University of Delaware.
