Reprinted. xvi, 156pp, illustrated with black & white drawings in text and photos as plates, pages have slightly yellowed margins, a few pages appear to have been signed in the text (see photo), loss to bottom corner of p57/8 (does not affect text), one or two spots, free endpapers a little tanned, pebbled green glazed cloth, some marks, gilt spine lettering, no dust jacket. Gilt lettering on spine is bright. Boards have rubbing and minor shelf wear. Black and white photos and maps are crisp, pull out appendices have foxing (see pictures). Pages are slight age toned.

LIMITED EDITION NUMBER 142. xiii, 156pp, illustrated with black & white plates, one of the folding appendices has torn into 2 parts but the parts are both present, edges a little foxed with occasional light foxing internally, free endpapers very lightly browned, "Xmas 1942" in ink to front free endpaper, green cloth, gilt spine lettering, dust jacket foxed and top edge worn with some chips, spine browned, unclipped. Size: 10.25 x 7.75 Inches. Fishing.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Hardcover, in unclipped jacket, very good condition. The jacket has some wear to the edges with chips to the spine head and foxing on the rear. There are also a few nicks to the spine ends. The boards have some stains front and rear and the spine ends are slightly compressed. Internally there are no issues, the text remains very bright and clear throughout. DP. Used.
