This edition is not dated but refers to the floods of 1939 and to numbers of trout stocked during the winter of 1938-39. It has been extensively revised and enlarged and includes chapters by W. Carter Platts on "Trout flies for Yorkshire rivers", and Harry Carr on "Match winning secrets". .
