Faded on the spine, and faint offsettig of the title on upper board of the once present dust jacket, and heavy erasure of price or name at top of half-title page has removed a small amount of paper. Otherwise internally clean, endpapers sound, unmarked and reasonably tightly bound. A book about the fishery in the North Sea in the early 1940s, including fishing and processing herring for export. 196 pages including bibliography and index, plus 16 B&W plates from photographs plus line drawings in the text. This second printing the same year as the first.
