Also laid in is the Heritage Club's Sandglass 4 page pam…phlet describing the book and this box set of programs. All of these come in a box covered with kraft-base gold paper with a green title box on front and a green cloth tab to facilitate ease of opening the box.

The programs are clean and unmarked. This appears to be the first compilation and facsimile reproduction of these programs. Size: Quarto (4to). Book.
