No marks of previous ownership or inscription. Included is a handsome box containing facsimilies of programs with descriptions of the programs, as well as a copy of the Sandglass. A very neat edition! ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 465 pages.

The volume contains the text of the libretto the 14 operettas. The separate clamshell case holds the facsimiles of 27 opening n…ight programs and a few indulgence announcements (e.g., last-minute cast substitutions), complete as called for. One of the programs is printed on burgundy silk. Also included is a four-page leaflet with background comments on the programs in general and also a short description for each of the 27 items. No. 1013 of 1500 copies. A near fine copy of the book, with a few small dark marks on the velvet; contents fine. Clamshell case is near fine, with a few stray marks; program facsimiles are pristine. Slipcase is very good, with some marks and a couple of creases and short light crack to one bottom panel edge, but holding firmly. Limited Editions Club Bibliography 291.
