A left-stapled transcript measuring 5-3/4" by 8-1/2" and containing 24 pages including front and rear covers. The transcript number, in order of telecast, was compiled and maintained by SECA commencing with the program's move to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in 1971 although the number does not appear in the issue. This is the transcript of the Firing Line program taped at KCET in Los Angeles on July 24, 1973, and originally telecast on PBS on August 5, 1973. Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "What Now for the Ghetto?"; the guest was Los Angeles Mayor Thomas Bradley. The panelists were Helene Middleweek, English politician, Richard Ashcraft, Professor of Political Science at UCLA, and Francine Rabinovitz, Professor of Political Science at MIT.
