Boards have scoring marks into them (only visible at an angle), and front has old water stain (only into ffep). D/w has 1 inch loss to top of spine and slight damage to corners, but is now nicely protected in a sleeve. Inside, book is very clean and tight. Illustrated with b&w photos in block of plates at end of book and some little b&w line drawings/wood cuts. 'Concerned primarily with the eighteenth and nineteenth century houses in Farnham, in the setting of the architecture of the period.'
