Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good+. 1st Edition. Red cloth with gilt-lettered spine, virtually immaculate. f/piece portrait photo + xii + 539, a few text figs, tables and charts numbered by chapter; no obvious faults being clean, tight and unmarked, touch of dustiness to top edge. Unclipped jacet sealed as acquired generally clean but water stain half-way down front sp. edge, spine sun-tanned, top sp. and front bottom outer corner chipped, top edge slightly rubbed with numerous small chips. Contributers include most contemporary American economists but also, I see, Talcott Parsons. Scarce with dust-jacket. 16 cm x 24 cm.
