The books are housed in a red slipcase with a paper label on its spine. The slipcase is rubbed and it's spine is lightly stained. The case's label is slightly chipped and stained. The pagination of each volume is as follows: 1) The Tale of King Midas and the Golden Touch: 47 pages and the colophon, illustrated with color lithographs by Fritz Eichenberg; 2) Pandora's Box: 42 pages plus the colophon and with color illustrations by Rafaello Busoni; (3) The Emperor's New Clothes: 35 pages plus the colophon, with color illustrations by Ervine Metzl.
