However, its dustjacket is in poor condition with many chips and tears, especially on the spine and corners, as well as fading and rubbing. Tan cloth-covered boards with brown titling on cover and spine. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. The 14 chapters cover a range of ESP topics from the evidence for the existence of Extra Sensory Perception (ESP), to sending and receiving thoughts, dreams, out-of-body experiences, hypnotism, healing, and communication with the departed. The Introduction is written by Ivan Tors, famous film director /producer who produced many underwater science fiction features featuring animals, including The A-Men and Sea Hunt. 278 pages. The book is overall in very condition with some minor signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild wear. There is mild staining to the verso of the front cover. The first page has an old blind stamp & name inscription from previous owners. The rest of the interior is toned from age but mostly nice and clean, though there may be the very occasional page with some kind of very minor imperfection. The book measures approximately 7 inches by 4 1/4 inches and is 278 pages long. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
