Softcover. Condition: New. Reprint. Language: English. Approximately 372 pages. English: Print-on-demand reprint. Original edition : 1876. Text in English. This comprehensive work by Aaron Schuyler (1828-1913) presents the fundamental principles of geometry in a structured manner, making it suitable for both students and advanced mathematicians. The text includes numerous exercises designed to reinforce understanding of geometric concepts, as well as an introduction to modern geometric theories that were emerging in the late 19th century. Schuyler's approach combines classical Euclidean geometry with contemporary developments, providing a bridge between traditional and modern mathematical thought. The work serves as both an educational tool and a valuable historical reference for the evolution of geometric studies. Book images are non-contractual.
