Includes original photograph of author's mother on dedication page. Green cloth boards have general soiling and scuffing. Gilt cover titling is intact, but author's name is heavily rubbed, as is spine titling. Publisher on spine is Dorrance, rather than Ferguson. Shelfwear to edges. Foxing, toning, and some soiling to edges of textblock. Interior age-toned with foxing to front matter and gutter of rear endpaper. Binding intact but almost starting at some signatures with a couple visible threads.
