A remarkably rare survival of polemical commercial lobbying literature presenting the arguments of Richard Tylney, Viscount Castlemaine (1680-1750) regarding litigation against Thomas Juson, Rector of Wanstead, Ess…ex, whom he accuses of the 'violent' destruction of a hedgerow on his property and carrying away several parcels of wood.
