Includes the text of a January 29, 1979 letter sent by Berkowitz to Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Carmine Ventiera stating his objections. Good. Folded in two. 1 mm. tear to top edge, 6 mm. dog-ear to bottom left corner, 1.2 cm. dog-ear to top right corner of recto and additional wear to corners. 4.1 cm. area of yellow soiling to bottom left corner of recto with bleed through to verso. Additional light handling wear, otherwise clean and unmarked.
