Includes the text of a January 29, 1979 letter sent by Berkowitz to Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Carmine Ventiera stating his objections. Good. Folded in two. 1 mm. tear to top edge, 6 mm. dog-ear to bottom left corner, 1.2 cm. dog-ear to top right corner of recto and additional wear to corners. 4.1 cm. area of yellow soiling to bottom left corner of recto with bleed through to verso.
