A collection of the author's poetry and drawings `Hurrah.' where each piece is a page long and consists of a poem and a drawing. `A Letter to God' takes a form in between prose and poetry. Black and white paper wrapper with Patchen photo on one cover and illus. from `The Celery-Flute Player' on the other cover. The "Beat" goes on. 55 and 62 pages.

Stated fourth printing of the 1958 dos-a-dos New Directions Paperbook edition of two experimental works by an unclassifiable Beat-adjacent artistic genius. Unmarked copy from the collection of the similarly unclassifiable Opal Louis Nations, light wear and soil. Not Signed.

Trade Paperback. Condition: Fine. (5th ptg.) Trade paperback, glossy wrappers with unique two books on one by flipping book: on one side a photograph of poet Patchen, on the other a cartoon character with laurel crown. Near Very Fine.

Includes longer work "A Letter to God" from rare pamphlet by Henry Miller. (4th ptg.) Large softcover, a photo of poet on center of one side, a cartoon figure on the other. Near Very Fine.

Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. Four 5 1/4" x 8" paperbacks bound in pictorial wrappers. Near Fine condition. Mild dusting to the covers. Tiny rubs to the books' corners and spine tips. The four books are all later printings. Housed in a cardboard slipcase that has some wrinkles to its lamination.
