Dust Jacket Condition: Includes dust jacket. *Doog* by Derek Dougan is the outspoken autobiography of one of British football's most colourful and controversial personalities. The legendary Northern Ireland international and Wolverhampton Wanderers striker reflects on his playing career, his battles w…ith football's authorities, and his uncompromising views on the game, offering candid insights into the personalities and events that shaped an era. Written with wit, honesty and characteristic independence, the book captures both the excitement of top-flight football and the determination of a man who helped influence the modern game on and off the pitch. An excellent addition for readers and collectors of football history, sporting autobiographies and the career of one of Northern Ireland's greatest footballers.
