No Binding. Condition: Very Good. ("Walter Donaldson") in black fountain pen ink on Harry Von Tilzer Music Pub. Co. 222 West 46th Street, New York contract. 16 1/4" x 8 1/2"; January 23, 1922. Very good (tape repairs). Vintage original document, not a reproduction. Rare thus. Copyright assignment with Harry Von Tilzer Music Pub. Company for his composition "Ain't Love Grand." Also signed by Harry Von Tilzer as President. Donaldson (1893-1947), Top composer with numerous hits; most famous "My Blue Heaven;" "Yes, Sir That's My Baby;" "Carolina in the Morning;" Makin' Whoopee;" fabulous output during 1925-1928; wrote for Broadway shows, including memorable score for "Whoopee" 1928; To Hollywood in early 1930's as composer-arranger for movies. Signed by Author(s).
