A little light soiling otherwise very good copy. The yellow covers are clean and bright having been protected by a thin brown kraft paper cover.

Ab 1909 ZK der linken Sozialisten, 1919 Mitbegründer der KP Bulgariens. Nach dem Scheitern des September-Aufstandes (1923) ging er, in Abwesenheit zum Tode verurteilt, ins Exil nach Moskau, Berlin, Wien und agitierte für die Komintern. Seine tapfere Haltung als Mitangeklagter im Reichstagsbrandprozeß (1933) verschaffte ihm internationales Ansehen und letztlich den Freispruch. 1935-42 Generalsekretär der Komintern.
