Stapled sheets. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. This is a Bell Telephone report/memorandum. There are three versions included: 1) What I assume is an early copy of the original report; 2) A distribution copy of Report, in the form of a Bell Telephone Laboratories Technical Memorandum entitled "Diffused Junction Depletion Layer Calculations Part I - Complementary Error Function Distribution", and dated July 20, 1959; and 3) An early reprint of a version of the paper as published in the Bell Telephone Technical Journal as Monograph 3517, in 1960. Versions #1 and 2 are unbound sheets and stapled at the top left corner. The last version is in wraps (the front cover being loose from the staples). Also included are a few typed letters/memos of the authors, related to permission from Bell Labs concerning the presentation of the paper, and concerning re-publication of the paper. Paper-clip marks at the top edge of a few of the individual sheets. Else the pages a bit age-toned, but clean. ; 27C; 11" x 8-1/2".
