A petite bible in full burgundy cloth detailed with black stamping on cover and spine, gilt titling to front cover, working gold clasp and full red text block. Binding partially detached at both hinges. Antique bookstore sticker to front pastedown and penned name à vis.…Scritta paper is fragile, with few pages having a minor short tear or chip around the edges. Page 767 has larger missing chunk from fore-edge. Moderate wear to boards, split corners and some fading to text block. Clasp is working though a bit warped. Overall presenting well.
