Hard Cover. Condition: Very Good. 3 hardcovers in very good condition in 3/4 black leather with marbled boards and marbled edges. Light wear to edges with volume 3 having a repair on the spine. Circa 1830. Illustrated with One Thousand Drawings of Subjects referred to in the Work. Volume 3 is a book of plates (woodcuts) and there is foxing to some of the plates.

Gilt lettering to spine title plates. Volume III contains 209 plates. Language: English. Book Condition: Very Good: Light wear to corners, edges and spine ends. Rubbed spine and spine edges. Surface cracking to lightly toned and endpapers with minor spotting. Hinges remain firm. Occasional spot or mark to pages with light toning to plate margins.
