This offering is a set of three vintage books published by Peter Pauper Press, None of these three books published by Peter Pauper Press have dust jackets. Franklin's Autobiography was edited by C. Merton Babcock and illustrated by Erwin Schachner. This book was published - perhaps - in 1967 and appears to be a First Edition though it is not stated as such. The book is 4 1/2" by 7 3/8" and has 62 pages. It's a hard cover book in very good condition. The Devil's Dictionary (A Selection of the Bitter Definitions of Ambrose Bierce) was written by Ambrose Bierce and I can find no mention of the person who did the two-color illustrations/decorations. The book is 4 1/2" by 7 1/2" and has 61pages and is in good + condition. Oscar Wilde Epigrams was written by Oscar Wilde and illustrated by Fritz Kredel. The book is 4 1/2" by 7 1/2" and has 62 pages and is in good condition. All three books appear to be First editions though they're not stated as such. All three books would make great little gifts . . . meaningful yet interesting. You won't pay an arm and a leg . . . but they're not free either. Thank you!
