Two volumes: Part One - The County (Cornwall) and Part Two - The Towns.The 1947 Town and Country Planning Act established the foundation for modern planning in the UK. The County of Cornwall would have been subject to these planning regulations. This book is a report of a survey by the County Council of Cornwall used to comply with this act; number of pages: 289 and 302. Both in acceptable condition. Blue boards are a little discoloured, sunned and lightly marked. Internally the pages are clean and bright though endpapers are browning and have 'Trenance & District Women's Institute' written in ink on ffeps.

The full two volume 1952 Cornwall Development Plan, with detailed analysis of the main towns of the county. Nicely presented, but rather dry in terms of contents.
